Job Title: Behaviour Mentor
Location: Hammersmith & Fulham
Pay: £95-£120 per day

ANZUK Education is seeking dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentors to support pupils across primary and secondary schools in Hammersmith & Fulham. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes both inside and outside the classroom.

Your Role as a Behaviour Mentor :
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a key role in supporting pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development. Responsibilities may include:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support for students with additional needs
  • Supporting pupils with SEMH, ASC, ADHD, and other SEND requirements
  • Building positive relationships to encourage engagement and emotional regulation
  • Implementing behaviour support strategies and promoting positive outcomes
  • Working closely with teachers, SENDCOs, pastoral teams, and external professionals
  • Supporting students both within lessons and during unstructured times throughout the school day

You’ll need to be available to work between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm on days that suit you.

What You’ll Need to be a Behaviour Mentor:

  • Experience working with children or young people, ideally within education, youth work, coaching, mentoring, or care settings
  • Experience supporting students with SEND, including SEMH, ASC, ADHD, MLD, or SpLD, is desirable
  • Strong communication skills, patience, and a proactive approach
  • Ability to build rapport and remain calm in challenging situations
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
