Smile Education is working with a welcoming, inclusive primary school in the Featherstone area WV10, Staffordshire to find a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support KS1/KS2 pupils.
The Role:
- Support KS1/KS2 pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
- Work 1:1 and in small groups
- Develop and implement positive behaviour strategies
- Monitor progress and promote personal growth
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and parents
- Experience supporting children with behaviour needs
- Strong communication and empathy
- Able to build positive relationships quickly
- Confident in behaviour management strategies
- Background in a similar role (e.g., TA, Youth Worker, Behaviour Mentor)
