Behaviour Support Assistant
Teaching Personnel
We are working with some of our local Northampton schools to recruit for an experienced teaching assistant who is looking to support with behaviour in a primary setting. The role will be to work with students who need additional support with their behaviour including emotional regulations, social development and accessing the learning in the classroom. You will build a strong relationship with the children and become a consistent and positive figure for them to work alongside.
The role is open to part time / full time and there is flexibility on half or full day shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- providing 1:1 support and small groups with students who require additional behaviour and emotional support
- build strong positive relationships with strong communcation
- be a consistent role model for the children
- follow the schools policies and expectations consistenly
- implement individual behaviour support
- help children to become more confident and independent

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
