Bench Hand Joiner – Permanent
Salary: £33,000–£35,500 per annum | Monday–Friday | 40 Hours
We're recruiting for two experienced Bench Hand Joiners to join an established business on a permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone with solid workshop joinery experience who is looking for a change of environment, a new challenge or a long-term position.
What's on offer:
- Salary of £33,000–£35,500 per annum, depending on experience
- Permanent, full-time employment
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm
- 29 days' annual leave, including 14 designated business closure days

The role:
- Carry out bench joinery work to a high standard within a workshop environment
- Work confidently with workshop tools, machinery and equipment
- Maintain accuracy, quality and attention to detail
- Work alongside the wider team to meet production deadlines
- Undertake overtime, weekend working and occasional working away when required
What we're looking for:
- Good experience working in a joinery workshop
- Strong practical bench joinery skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full, clean driving licence
- Flexibility for contractual overtime, weekend work and occasional working away
