Revit Technician - MEP Building Services

Location: City of London
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE
Hybrid Working: 4 days in the office, reducing to 3 days after successful completion of probation

An established building services consultancy based in the City of London is looking to appoint a talented MEP Revit Technician to join its growing BIM team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for hands-on 3D modelling who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and wants to be involved in the delivery of technically challenging projects across a variety of sectors. You'll work closely with engineers and BIM professionals to develop coordinated MEP models from concept through to construction.



The Role

As a Revit Technician, you will play a key role in the production and coordination of BIM models, including:

  • Producing hands-on MEP modelling using Autodesk Revit.
  • Creating accurate 3D models and detailed drawings throughout all project stages.
  • Developing and maintaining coordinated BIM models in line with project and industry standards.
  • Working closely with Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health engineers to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Participating in clash detection and model coordination to resolve design issues.
  • Supporting project delivery by producing high-quality, accurate models within programme deadlines.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external consultants to ensure successful project outcomes.


About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • 3+ years' experience as a Revit Technician within an MEP or Building Services environment.
  • Strong hands-on Revit modelling experience with the ability to produce coordinated MEP models independently.
  • A good understanding of BIM standards and collaborative workflows.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
