A well-regarded secondary school in Leeds is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Biology Teacher to join its successful Science department. You will be responsible for:

• Delivering engaging and challenging Biology lessons at KS5.
• Creating a stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and academic success.
• Supporting students in achieving excellent outcomes in A-Level Biology.
• Monitoring progress and using assessment data to inform teaching.
• Contributing to the wider success of the Science department.
• Supporting enrichment activities and developing students' passion for the life sciences.

We are looking for a teacher who:

• Holds QTS (or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification).
• Has strong subject knowledge within Biology.
• Has experience teaching Biology at A-Level.
• Is passionate about inspiring young people to achieve their potential.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and high expectations.
• Can contribute positively to a collaborative and ambitious department.
