An established and growing building technology specialist in the North West is looking to appoint a BMS Sales Manager to support its expanding project pipeline and play a key role in future leadership.

The Role
This is a pure project sales position focused on BMS and smart building solutions across the North West.


You will:

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from enquiry through to project award
  • Prepare and submit detailed tenders (including points lists and estimates)
  • Work closely with internal delivery and technical teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and end users
  • Attend client meetings and site visits

Projects are varied, typically averaging £250k, with larger projects consistently reaching £1m+.

  • Proven experience in BMS Project Sales
  • Strong tendering and estimating capability
  • Ability to manage complex project sales cycles

Package

  • £60,000 – £65,000 basic salary + Commission based on turnover.
