An established and growing building technology specialist in the North West is looking to appoint a BMS Sales Manager to support its expanding project pipeline and play a key role in future leadership.
The Role
This is a pure project sales position focused on BMS and smart building solutions across the North West.
You will:
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from enquiry through to project award
- Prepare and submit detailed tenders (including points lists and estimates)
- Work closely with internal delivery and technical teams
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and end users
- Attend client meetings and site visits
Projects are varied, typically averaging £250k, with larger projects consistently reaching £1m+.

- Proven experience in BMS Project Sales
- Strong tendering and estimating capability
- Ability to manage complex project sales cycles

Package
