We're looking for an experienced BMS Small Works Manager to lead the successful delivery of Time & Materials (T&M) and Small Works projects across London. This is a customer-facing role focused on delivering projects safely, on time and within budget while ensuring exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships.
The Role:
- Manage the delivery of BMS Small Works and T&M projects.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, resources and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Manage customer relationships, escalations and warranty issues.
- Work closely with sales, finance and engineering teams to support project delivery.
- Produce project reports, forecasts and customer documentation.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience managing BMS Small Works, Service or Projects.
- Strong knowledge of BMS/HVAC control systems.
- Experience with platforms such as Trend, Tridium/Niagara or Siemens.
- Commercial awareness with strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent customer service, communication and leadership abilities.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
