This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a critical, highly regulated environment, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of boiler plant and steam systems across a large and complex estate. πŸ₯🏒

You will play a key role in maintaining operational reliability, safety, and statutory compliance of all boiler and pressure systems, directly supporting essential public services. βš™οΈπŸ’¨

πŸ”§ What you'll be doing:
βœ”οΈ Carrying out safe operation, monitoring, and maintenance of boiler plant and steam systems πŸ”₯
βœ”οΈ Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across mechanical and boiler systems πŸ”§
βœ”οΈ Completing statutory inspections and BOAS-compliant checks in line with regulations πŸ“‹
βœ”οΈ Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs to minimise system downtime βš™οΈ
βœ”οΈ Supporting optimisation of boiler performance and energy efficiency initiatives 🌍⚑
βœ”οΈ Working as part of a multi-skilled FM engineering team across a large estate 🏒
βœ”οΈ Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and site procedures 🦺
βœ”οΈ Maintaining accurate logs, records, and compliance documentation for audits πŸ“‘

πŸ‘· What we're looking for:

⭐ Essential:
β€’ BOAS (Boiler Operation Accreditation Scheme) certification πŸ”₯πŸŽ“
β€’ Proven experience working with boiler plant and steam systems πŸ’¨
β€’ Background in Facilities Management, building services, or critical environments 🏒
β€’ Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills πŸ”
β€’ Solid understanding of Health & Safety and statutory compliance requirements 🦺
β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a wider engineering team 🀝

⭐ Desirable:
β€’ Experience within large-scale or public sector estates πŸ₯
β€’ Knowledge of energy efficiency improvements and plant optimisation ⚑
