THE ROLE
As a Bodyshop Workshop Controller, you'll oversee the daily workflow of the workshop, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest possible standards while supporting both technicians and the wider management team.

Key responsibilities include:
·Coordinating the daily workflow of the workshop to maximise productivity and efficiency.
·Allocating repair work effectively across technicians based on workload and skill set.
·Monitoring repair progress to ensure deadlines and customer expectations are achieved.
·Liaising with estimators, parts departments, and management to maintain a smooth repair process.
·Supporting technicians with technical guidance and resolving workshop issues where required.
·Ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer standards and quality control procedures.
·Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and workshop policies.
·Driving continuous improvements in productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

ABOUT YOU
This opportunity would suit an experienced Workshop Controller / Bodyshop Workshop Controller / Accident Repair Workshop Controller / Bodyshop Supervisor with strong organisational and leadership skills.

You'll ideally have:
·Previous experience as a Workshop Controller within a bodyshop or accident repair centre.
·Excellent knowledge of modern bodyshop repair processes and workshop operations.
·Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a busy team.
·Excellent planning, organisational, and workload management abilities.
·The confidence to communicate effectively with technicians, management, and customers.
·A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining workshop efficiency.
·A full UK driving licence.
