Bookkeeper / Payroll Assistant

Recruitment Solutions is working in partnership with our Client to appoint a Bookkeeper / Payroll Assistant – they can consider options on Full time and Part Time basis.

Based on the edge of Rochdale our Client as on site Car Parking.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS BOOKKEEPER / PAYROLL ASSISTANT

• Annual Salary of c £28,000 – £30,000 depending on depth of experience
• Annual Performance Review – to include Salary and potential Bonus

THE ROLE OF THE BOOKEEPER / PAYROLL ASSISTANT

Will report to the Head of Finance – you will be part of a small / hands on and proactive team.

On a day to day basis you will work across a range of Bookkeeping and Payroll functions including

• Daily Recording Finance Transactions across Sales and Purchase Ledger
• Preparation of Daily Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
• Update of Aged Debt – Weekly
• Allocation of Payments and update of Cash Flow
• Raise of Sales Invoices
• Payroll – update of Monthly Transactions
• Assist with Preparation for Month End
• Ad hoc duties as required
