Our client is currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual for the position of Branch Manager at their well-established, family-run garage in Billingshurst. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled automotive professional to lead day-to-day operations within a reputable independent auto centre specialising in tyres, vehicle servicing, repairs, and MOT testing. The successful Individual will play a key role in managing customer relations, supervising staff, and ensuring operational excellence.

Benefits of a Branch Manager:
  • Competitive basic salary between £38,000 and £42,000 per annum, with the potential to earn up to £46,000 including monthly bonuses
  • Working hours of 47.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with one weekday off

Duties of a Branch Manager:
  • Oversee the daily operation of the branch and ensure excellent customer service
  • Manage and motivate a team of up to five tyre and vehicle service technicians
  • Book repairs, liaise with customers, and identify sales opportunities
  • Maintain health and safety standards within the workplace
  • Handle stock management and supervise staff performance
  • Address customer enquiries effectively and resolve issues promptly
Requirements of a Branch Manager:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the automotive sector
  • Strong technical knowledge of tyres, servicing, and repairs
