Are you an experienced Brazer, Welder, Soldering Operative, or Production Technician from a Manufacturing background who is looking for a stable weekday role with an early finish every Friday?

We're recruiting for a skilled Brazer to join a leading Manufacturer based in Diss. You'll play a key role in assembling and brazing precision components that are used in high quality engineering products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out brazing operations to engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Prepare, assemble and align components before brazing.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and report defects or quality concerns.
• Achieve production targets while maintaining high standards.
• Complete production paperwork accurately.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

What They're Looking For:

• Previous brazing, soldering, welding, or similar manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good hand skills and accuracy when assembling components.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong focus on quality and safety.

What's on Offer?

• Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm, Fridays 7:30am to 1:30pm.
• Salary: £30,000 p.a.
• Overtime paid at time and a half (when available).
• 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
