Our progressive modern client is a growing and successful commercial finance brokerage looking to recruit experienced Brokers to join its expanding team.

Working across a broad range of commercial funding products, including Asset Finance, Business Loans, Invoice Finance, Motor Finance, Secured Lending and Merchant Cash Advance, you'll benefit from a steady flow of quality leads, dedicated administration support and direct mentoring from senior leadership.

What's on Offer for someone who has been a Commercial Finance Broker, Asset Finance Broker, Business Finance Broker, Commercial Lending, Asset Finance, Invoice Finance, Business Loans, Relationship Manager, Financial Services Sales, Commercial Finance Executive.

• Basic salary from £26,700 to £35,000+ guaranteed basic depending on experience
• Uncapped commission structure with excellent earning potential
• Quarterly bonuses of up to £1,250
• Extensive in-house leads provided

• Experience within a commercial finance brokerage
• Proven ability to generate new business
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
