Mechanical Building Services Manager Required

We’re partnered with a multi-national M&E contractor at the forefront of decarbonising public sector buildings across the UK & Ireland.

We are seeking a Pre-Construction Manager / Building Services Manager / Contracts Manager to act as the key link between Pre-Construction, Design, and Operations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the full project lifecycle.

This is a pivotal position, responsible for bringing together early-stage technical input, programme strategy, commercial awareness, and operational delivery to ensure projects are set up for success from inception through to completion.

The role would suit a current M&E, Mechanical or HVAC Building Services Manager, Contracts Manager, or Pre-Construction Manager with a strong Mechanical or Building Services background, looking to play a strategic role on complex projects valued between £5M–£30M.

Mechanical Building Services Manager Responsibilities

• Act as the key interface between Pre-Construction, Design, Commercial, and Operational teams
• Support bid, tender, and pre-construction activities to ensure robust technical and commercial submissions
• Identify project risks, opportunities, and value engineering solutions during pre-construction stages
• Work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain project alignment
• Support project delivery teams with technical guidance and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle

• £65,000 – £85,000 Base Salary
