Location: West Sussex (Office-Based)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
I am recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing food manufacturing business for a Business Account Manager to manage and develop key regional and national accounts across a wholesale and foodservice customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts.
- Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and drive product listings.
- Deliver annual sales and gross profit targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and secure new customer wins.
- Lead contract and price negotiations.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to promote the business.
About You
- Previous account management or business development experience within foodservice, food manufacturing or FMCG.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to grow accounts and win new business.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
