This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and commercially minded individual with strong Python and SQL skills to play a key role in turning complex data into meaningful business insights.
The Role
Working as part of a busy and growing team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining data models, analysing large datasets and providing accurate reporting to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop existing Python models
- Build new models in line with business requirements
- Conduct statistical analysis and interpret results
- Analyse large volumes of data from multiple sources
- Produce reports and insights for management teams
- Present findings clearly to stakeholders across the business
- Investigate trends, issues and areas of concern
- Support ongoing business analytics and performance monitoring
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience coding in Python
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience working with large and varied datasets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong commercial awareness
- Good time management and organisational skills
- The ability to communicate complex information clearly
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
