What You’ll Be Doing
  • Reaching out to potential customers and introducing them to our services
  • Building positive relationships and understanding customer needs
  • Supporting the growth of new and existing accounts
  • Following up on leads and keeping conversations moving forward
  • Working with your team to ensure a great customer experience
  • Learning how to spot new opportunities in the market
  • Keeping your activity and customer information organised and up to date

Commission & Incentives:
  • £250+ monthly bonus when activity targets are achieved
  • £50 for every new or reactivated account
  • £150 bonus for consistent daily activity (30+ calls)
  • £100 extra for regular client meetings or calls
You could earn an additional £300–£350 per month on top of your basic salary, with plenty of opportunity to increase this as you gain experience.
