Our client is a well-established business and part of a larger financial services group. They provide a white label conveyancing service that is sold into Estate Agents and Mortgage Brokers.
They are now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / B2B Sales Professional to identify and win new business across England and Wales.
This role is all about prospecting, opening doors, selling a service and building long-term commercial relationships.

The Role
- Prospecting for new business across England and Wales, targeting Estate Agents and Mortgage Brokers
- Making outbound calls, creating opportunities and presenting the company's service-led proposition
- Onboarding new clients and building strong, long-term commercial relationships
- Developing accounts and increasing the level of business generated
The Person
You do not need previous experience in conveyancing, mortgages or estate agency. What matters most is your ability to prospect, sell and win new business.
- Strong background in Business Development, B2B Sales or New Business Sales
- Proven experience of prospecting and winning new clients
- Experience of selling a service
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and commercial skills
