Business Development Manager

Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Business Development Manager on behalf of our client, who are looking for an individual with previous B2B door knocking experience, looking to join a growing and established business.
Working hours are typically Monday to Friday 09.00 until 17.00 but flexibility is part and parcel of the job role for the right candidate.
Duties include:
- Proactively and reactively identify new business leads via cold calling.
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets managing your own personal sales pipeline.
- Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant internal departments.
- Use and update internal CRM systems, and other appropriate records.
- Support the Sales manager and other colleagues with other sales related activities.
Requirements
- Must be able to handle rejection and not be afraid to work rain or shine.
- Must be social media Savvy, reaching prospects online is your best friend.
- Good rapport building and sales skills. Must also be articulate, confident, and politely persistent.
- Must be able to work well as part of a team.
- Ambitious and self-motivated, demonstrating a strong “can do” attitude. Must be determined to succeed and be prepared to go the extra mile to win a customers commitment and building lasting .
