Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Business Development Manager on behalf of our client, who are looking for an individual with previous B2B door knocking experience, looking to join a growing and established business.

Working hours are typically Monday to Friday 09.00 until 17.00 but flexibility is part and parcel of the job role for the right candidate.

Duties include:

  • Proactively and reactively identify new business leads via cold calling.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets managing your own personal sales pipeline.
  • Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant internal departments.
  • Use and update internal CRM systems, and other appropriate records.
  • Support the Sales manager and other colleagues with other sales related activities.

Requirements

  • Must be able to handle rejection and not be afraid to work rain or shine.
  • Must be social media Savvy, reaching prospects online is your best friend.
  • Good rapport building and sales skills. Must also be articulate, confident, and politely persistent.
  • Must be able to work well as part of a team.
  • Ambitious and self-motivated, demonstrating a strong “can do” attitude. Must be determined to succeed and be prepared to go the extra mile to win a customers commitment and building lasting .
