Description

  • Generate and secure new residential and commercial parking management contracts.
  • Build relationships with managing agents, housing associations, developers, commercial landlords and property managers.
  • Develop and manage a personal sales pipeline.
  • Prospect through networking, referrals, cold outreach and face-to-face meetings.
  • Arrange meetings, carry out site visits and conduct site surveys.
  • Prepare and present tailored parking management proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and convert opportunities into long-term clients.
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Represent the business professionally within the property sector.

Profile

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • Minimum 3+ years' sales experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently winning new business.
  • Strong business development background.
  • Must have experience within private parking, property, facilities management, security, or a closely related sector.
  • Ability to generate opportunities independently and build a pipeline from scratch.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and results-focused.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence.
