We are working on behalf of our client to recruit a Business Development Executive within the automotive parts sector in Aberdeen. This is an excellent Business Development Executive opportunity for experienced sales professionals seeking a field-based role with career progression prospects. The Business Development Executive will play a key role in expanding the company's presence across the Aberdeen region, fostering strong B2B relationships, and increasing aftermarket parts sales.

Duties of a Business Development Executive: 
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of trade accounts within the Aberdeen region
  • Develop new business opportunities through cold and warm leads
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Promote available offers, provide product advice, and secure repeat business
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions 
  • Achieve set KPIs and revenue targets as per company guidelines
Requirements of a Business Development Executive:
  • Minimum of 1 year sales experience, preferably within automotive or commercial sectors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in business development
  • Confidence in identifying and developing new sales leads
  • Full UK driving licence
