Duties of the Service Advisor role:
  • Providing outstanding customer service and building lasting customer relationships
  • Handling customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Managing workshops and service bookings to meet deadlines
  • Promoting dealership products and services to meet sales targets
  • Supporting team initiatives and contributing to business growth
  • Ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations
  • Maintaining departmental organisation and supporting team performance
Requirements for the Service Advisor role: 
  • Previous customer service or selling experience, ideally within a main dealer environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Driven, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Full UK driving licence
