Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B clients, introducing innovative financial solutions and generating valuable sales leads.
• Tailor sales pitches to meet the unique needs and preferences of clients, ensuring effective communication of product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly call targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities and provide valuable feedback on calling strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role with proven existing client relationships, ideally with exposure to both B2B environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and pleasant phone manner.
• Prior experience in mortgage or real estate is a strong asset.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively engage prospects.
• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
• A positive attitude, vibrant personality, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed in sales.
• Exceptional time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet sales targets.
