We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Business Manager at their franchise-approved car dealership in Cardiff. The Business Manager role is a key leadership position offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales management professional to further their career within a reputable dealership group.

Duties:
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of three sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring best practices and valuing customer feedback
  • Organise and implement engaging sales events and promotional campaigns
  • Develop targeted sales strategies aligned with market trends and customer needs
  • Collaborate with departments to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data
  • Lead by example, embodying the brand’s values and service standards
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of automotive products and market conditions
  • Contribute to team performance reviews and departmental objectives
Requirements as a Business Manager will include:
  • Proven sales management experience within a franchise-approved dealership, ideally in a busy brand environment
  • Previous experience managing small to medium-sized dealerships preferred
  • Strong background in finance and insurance sales (F&I)
  • Demonstrable success in leading sales teams and achieving targets
  • Stable employment history with a track record of success
  • Full UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Proactive and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
