About Gregory Walker
Gregory Walker is a specialist recruitment agency focused on the Food & Drink Manufacturing industry. We are a growing, ambitious business, and we are looking for someone to help keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in business operations. You don’t need years of experience. We are happy to train the right person.
The Role
As Business Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Directors and recruitment team to manage the day-to-day running of the business.
You will be the person who keeps things organised, makes sure processes are followed and helps the team get things done.
This is a hands-on role. You will be based in our Holborn office for most of the week and will be expected to get stuck into the detail rather than just manage from a distance.

- Assist with monthly reporting and board meeting preparation.
Process improvement
- Learn how the business works and identify ways to make things more efficient.
- Help improve systems, processes and internal organisation.
- Take ownership of tasks and make sure they are completed properly.
About You
We welcome candidates with little or no previous business operations experience. You might have worked in recruitment, administration, customer service, hospitality or another busy environment.
What matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.
You will be:
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, systems and admin.
- Confident speaking to people and chasing things when needed.
- A good communicator with strong attention to detail.
- Happy working in a small business where everyone gets involved.
- Comfortable being hands-on and office-based for most of the week.
What We Offer
- The opportunity to join a growing, specialist recruitment agency.
