My client is now seeking an experienced and dedicated |Business Performance/ Executive Assistant to join their ambitious team and continue the success and growth of a great company.
Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday with occasional evening meetings with clients
Benefits: 23 days holiday, Pension, Life Insurance etc.
The nearest tube station is Denmark Hill, and my client is fifteen-minute walk from the station.
Role Overview
This is a dynamic, fast-paced role providing high-level support to the CEO . Every day offers variety, making it an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives in an engaging corporate environment. The role requires some flexibility out of hours, and some international travel required. The primary purpose of the role is to help the Director to operate effectively as Managing Director. My client is not looking for a traditional Executive Assistant who’s role is limited to diary management and administration, but more a business performance and executive assistant to the MD.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing priorities and commitments
- Following up actions and ensuring accountability
- Supporting decision-making
- Managing communications
- Acting as an effective gatekeeper
- Helping reduce administrative burden
- Responsible for the CEO's office and upkeep
- Creating capacity for the CEO to focus on leadership, strategy, commercial opportunities, and growth
- Learn the business inside and out and be able to step into different departments when required.
Candidate Requirements:
• Proven Experience: A strong track record as a Business Performance/ Executive Assistant , or senior administrator supporting Board-level stakeholders. and CE0
The successful candidate must be supporting the Director, operating at a high Temo and within an environment that does not always fit neatly into conventional structures
• Adaptability: Ability to manage shifting priorities seamlessly within a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion: Absolute commitment to maintaining confidentiality, diplomacy, and tact.
• Autonomy: Highly competent and confident working with minimal supervision.
• Organization: Exceptional time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word and Excel with good experience around systems and presentations
• Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Flexibility: Willingness to undertake occasional travel for work when required.
