Prospero Teaching is recruiting qualified Business Studies Teachers to support secondary schools across the Midlands.
We work with a wide range of mainstream secondary schools and academies looking for enthusiastic teachers to deliver Business Studies across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5. Some schools may also offer opportunities to teach Economics or vocational Business qualifications.
Whether you're looking for flexible daily supply, a long-term placement or your next permanent position, our dedicated Secondary team will work with you to find opportunities that suit your experience, preferred travel distance and career ambitions.
You'll be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that help students develop their understanding of business, finance, enterprise and the wider economy. Successful candidates will inspire students to build commercial awareness, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills while preparing them for further education and future careers.
We welcome applications from experienced teachers, Early Career Teachers and teachers returning to the profession.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Business Studies within UK secondary schools
- Strong curriculum and classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
- Right to work in the UK
