Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, is seeking a highly organised Business Support Administrator to support the Campus Lead and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) by bridging the gap between an administrator and an administrative assistant.

This is a brand new role focused on reducing the administrative burden on senior leaders, enabling them to operate more strategically and effectively across the business. The successful candidate will act as a key support function, ensuring operational efficiency and strong governance across the campus.

The role is primarily office-based within the Co-Space environment and involves minimal client contact. It requires a proactive individual who can maintain clear communication, deliver structured coordination, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operational flow of the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate campus governance cadence (daily, weekly, and monthly), ensuring actions are tracked and completed
  • Manage SLT calendars, meeting coordination, and room bookings to maintain an effective leadership schedule
  • Maintain Campus Review processes and Action Tracker to ensure accountability and visibility
  • Support daily operational activities and track associated actions
  • Prepare and coordinate business review packs and reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Track and manage client and stakeholder requests, ensuring timely response and resolution
  • Maintain performance trackers and ensure departments provide accurate and timely updates
  • Produce presentations using provided data with PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools

Person Specification

  • Experience within an administrative role
  • Ability to produce presentations using provided data
  • Experience managing calendars and coordinating schedules
  • Basic understanding of compliance systems
  • Highly organised with strong administrative and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel, reporting tools, and document management systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy under pressure
