Business travel consultant - touring specialist - Required for this expanding independent based in the West End. Homebased, hybrid or office based, salary between 40/48k, previous touring experience ideally ly but they would consider a very strong corporate, media or production consultant looking to work in touring. Business travel touring specialist duties
-Manage entertainment and touring client travel logistics ensuring the highest level of service is provided at all times.
-Handling air, hotels, ground transport, meet & assist and private charters providing full dedicated support to all customers using sabre
-Ensure a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of role Prioritise work load, delivering within given deadlines
-Ensuring client budgets and specific requirements are met
-Process any administrative tasks including accounting queries, promptly and accurately
Business travel touring specialist skills required
-Ideally touring experience, but they will consider film, TV, production or a corporate consultant
-Ideally sabre knowledge but they are more than happy to cross train
-Would prefer hybrid, but happy with homebased for the right candidate
-Hours of work 10am to 6pm
Additional information
-Training will involve the first 2 weeks in the London office
