360 Recruitment Ltd is recruiting experienced Beef Butchers on behalf of a new client based in Wales.
If you're an experienced butcher looking for a stable, full-time position with excellent earning potential, we'd like to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:- Beef boning and cutting
- Working on a table or conveyor (Carni) line
- Breaking down forequarters and hindquarters
- Deboning beef to specification
- Using single pull systems (experience beneficial)
- Producing high-quality primal cuts
- Trimming to customer standards
- Beef boning
- Table boning
- Conveyor line boning
- Quartering and breaking down carcasses
- Skilled trimming
- Working in a fast-paced production environment
- Monday to Friday
- Typical shifts: 5:00am – 5:00pm
- Some departments may start at 6:00am or 7:00am
- 1 hour unpaid break per day
£15.00 - £20.00 per hour (depending on skills and experience)
