Beef Deboners Required – Bedfordshire

360 Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting experienced Beef Deboners for an established meat processing client in Bedfordshire, East England.

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled butchers looking for stable, long-term employment with a reliable Monday-to-Friday working pattern.

What we offer:

• Long-term, ongoing full-time contract directly with the client
• Monday to Friday – morning shift
• £14.65 per hour 
• Production bonus of £28 – £140 per week
• Total earnings of up to £18 per hour including production bonus
• Opportunity for consistent hours and long-term work
• Work within an established meat processing environment

What are we looking for?

We are looking for experienced Beef Deboners / Skilled Butchers who have:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a butcher/deboner
• Proven experience deboning beef, preferebly on hooks 
• Good knife skills and confidence working with beef
• Ability to maintain a good production pace while working to quality and hygiene standards
• A reliable and hardworking attitude
• Previous experience in a meat processing or abattoir environment is highly desirable

This role is particularly suited to fully skilled beef deboners who are looking for regular, ongoing work and the opportunity to earn a competitive hourly rate with a production bonus.
