An established HVAC contractor is looking to appoint a CAD Engineer to join its design team based in Surrey. The business delivers mechanical building services projects across a range of commercial sectors, producing coordinated HVAC designs from concept through to installation. Initially, the role will focus on producing coordinated drawings and layouts for air conditioning, ventilation and mechanical services projects, working closely with design engineers and project teams.

As your experience develops, there will be the opportunity to progress into a broader mechanical design role, taking on greater technical responsibility and supporting the delivery of complete HVAC system designs.

Requirements
Experience producing CAD drawings within HVAC, MEP or building services
Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit experience advantageous)
Ability to interpret mechanical services drawings and specifications
Good understanding of air conditioning, ventilation or mechanical building services systems
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team
Ambition to develop into a design engineering role

Package
£30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
Full-time office-based role in Surrey
