P&M Recruitment are working with a rapidly growing Building Services consultancy that is expanding its design capability due to a strong pipeline of new projects. As part of this growth, they are looking to appoint a Remote CAD/Revit Technician to support their engineering teams and contribute to high‑quality project delivery across multiple sectors.

Role Overview

Working remotely, you will collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health engineers to produce accurate CAD drawings and Revit models for a variety of building services projects. You’ll play a key part in supporting the design workflow, ensuring drawings are coordinated, compliant, and delivered to a high standard.

This role suits someone who is organised, detail‑driven, and confident working independently while still being part of a supportive, growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed 2D CAD drawings and 3D Revit MEP models for building services projects.

• Work closely with engineers to interpret mark‑ups and deliver accurate technical documentation.

• Manage drawing updates, revisions, and coordination across disciplines.

• Maintain project drawing registers and ensure all documentation meets company and industry standards.

• Support BIM processes and contribute to improvements in digital design workflows.

• Communicate effectively with remote teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a CAD Technician or Revit Technician within Building Services - Minimum 3 years

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit 

• Solid understanding of building services layouts and coordination.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

• Experience within BIM environments is advantageous.
