Your Role

As a Used Car Sales Executive, you will:

• Engage with customers, providing a first-class car-buying experience
• Build lasting relationships and deliver tailored solutions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the vehicle inventory
• Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales targets
• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers throughout the buying process

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a car sales executive, with used car sales experience a definite advantage
• A full driving licence (must be over 21) with no more than 6 points
• A passion for the automotive industry and a drive to succeed
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine focus on delivering a first-class customer experience

Salary and Benefits

• Competitive basic salary of £18,000 with OTE of £50,000+
• 5-day working week, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Free local parking and a full company benefits package
• Training provided as required to support your success
