Must haves

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Positive and motivated attitude with a desire to succeed 
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised approach with the ability to process detailed information accurately
• Willingness to learn and continually develop product knowledge 
• Strong work ethic and ability to work towards targets 
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK 
• Previous experience in motor trade

Nice to haves

• Experience working in a customer-facing environment
• Interest in the automotive industry

• Guiding customers through every stage of their vehicle purchasing journey 
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles and products 
• Selling vehicles alongside finance, insurance, and additional protection products 
• Building strong customer relationships and delivering a first-class experience 
• Maintaining and developing product knowledge to provide expert advice 
• Working towards individual and team sales targets 
• Contributing to a positive and high-performing dealership environment
