Sales Executive

We are currently looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to work for one of our clients in Burton on Trent.

The client is a market-leading manufacturer of specialist equipment to a range of industry sectors including heavy engineering and aerospace.

Due to the specialist nature of the products the work is both interesting and varied and this is a unique opportunity to represent a market-leading product portfolio

Dealing with both new and existing clients around the world the role will involve extensive travel both in the UK and overseas

The main duties of this sales executives role will include the following:-

• Developing customer relationships
• Identifying new opportunities for business
• Supporting customers from initial enquiry through to project delivery.
• Supporting the engineering and manufacturing functions

Full product training will be given however the successful candidate will have previous experience of working within the fire and rescue sector, preferably from a sales perspective although as knowledge and understanding of this sector is important to the role, applications will also be considered from candidates who have served within this field

Candidates will also possess the ability to build long-term relationships with customers from different cultures and backgrounds and have a proactive, customer-focused approach.   In addition it is essential that applicants are willing to travel globally on a regular basis
