- Sell used vehicles, accessories, finance, and warranty products to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain exceptional customer relationships
- Advise customers on vehicle features, warranty options, and service arrangements
- Keep customers informed regarding delivery progress and address any delays or queries
- Collect payments and ensure smooth transaction completion as a Car Sales Executive
- Introduce customers to the Service Department team and support post-sales processes
- Proactively seek sales opportunities and work independently within a team environment
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress
- Proven experience in new or used car sales, preferably within a franchise dealership
- Strong desire to produce results and excel in a target-driven environment
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently with confidence and energy
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Resident within or close to the Treforest region to facilitate commuting
