Duties of the Car Sales Executive:
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored vehicle solutions as a Sales Executive
  • Demonstrate vehicles, organise test drives, and provide comprehensive product information
  • Negotiate pricing, finance options, and payment plans in line with company policies as a Sales Executive
  • Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Collaborate with colleagues and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Participate actively in training sessions to improve product knowledge
  • Plan daily sales activities, prospect new customers, and nurture existing client relationships
  • Maintain accurate records and manage vehicle availability to meet customer expectations
Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:
  • Proven ability to plan and organise daily activities effectively as a Sales Executive
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience in motor trade sales or customer service beneficial but not essential; a strong willingness to learn is key
  • Proficiency in PC, Microsoft Office, and web-based systems
  • Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours as required
