- As a Used Car Sales Executive, achieve agreed sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their vehicle requirements
- Present suitable vehicles, finance options and additional products clearly and professionally
- Manage enquiries, test drives, negotiations and sales administration
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow dealership sales processes
- Work five days per week across seven days, including weekends on a rota basis
- Proven experience achieving sales targets within a customer-focused environment
- Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to build rapport and positively influence customer decisions
- Full UK Driving Licence held for at least six months
- Enthusiasm for cars and knowledge of the automotive sector is preferred
