We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of New Car Sales Manager at a well-established franchise-approved dealership in Bristol. This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional to lead a dedicated sales team and drive business growth within a reputable dealership group.

Duties of teh Car Sales Manager:
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of four New Car Sales Executives to achieve and surpass sales targets
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction is of the highest standard
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns and events that generate strong business results
  • Monitor and react to market trends and customer demand to develop effective sales strategies
  • Collaborate with departments to maintain accurate customer data records
  • Lead by example, demonstrating outstanding sales practices and customer engagement
  • Stay informed of product knowledge and manufacturer updates to support team performance
  • Manage sales processes from inquiry through to delivery, ensuring a seamless customer journey
Requirements of the Car Sales Manager:
  • Proven experience as a Car Sales Manager or Business Manager within a franchise-approved car dealership
  • Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and customer service standards
  • Ability to create effective sales strategies and campaigns
  • Full UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Dynamic, target-driven mindset with a passion for automotive retail
  • Ability to lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and integrity
