Car Technical Sales Advisor

An Award Winning Independent Garage Group is looking for a Technician Sales Advisor to join their team.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a good understanding of modern vehicle systems and repair methods.
• Be able to understand diagnostic findings and translate them into clear, customer-friendly explanations.
• Produce accurate repair estimates and confidently discuss repair options with customers.
• Be confident using modern technology, including garage management systems, online repair information, AI tools and Microsoft Office.
• Be organised, process-driven and comfortable working to standard operating procedures.
• Have excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills.
• Be able to build trust with customers and confidently convert estimates into authorised work without using high-pressure sales techniques.

This role would suit candidates with the following background/ experience 

• Senior Vehicle Technician looking to move off the tool
• Diagnostic Technician.
• Workshop Controller
• Experienced Service Advisor with strong technical knowledge.
• Parts Manager.
• Bodyshop Estimator.
• Automotive Technical Support or Warranty Advisor.

In return an attractive package of £45K-£50K will be offered as well as 5 day working hours with no weekends.
