The Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily lives, helping to promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing while delivering high-quality care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support to residents
- Assisting with daily living activities including washing, dressing, and mobility
- Supporting residents with meals and hydration
- Building positive relationships with residents and their families
- Encouraging participation in social and recreational activities
- Monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting any concerns
- Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
- Promoting a safe, caring, and positive environment at all times

- Previous experience within a care setting
