The Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily lives, helping to promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing while delivering high-quality care.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to residents
  • Assisting with daily living activities including washing, dressing, and mobility
  • Supporting residents with meals and hydration
  • Building positive relationships with residents and their families
  • Encouraging participation in social and recreational activities
  • Monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting any concerns
  • Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
  • Promoting a safe, caring, and positive environment at all times
