Our Client is looking for caring, friendly and dedicated Care Assistants to join their team and help residents enjoy the best possible quality of life.
The Role
- Provide personal care and support with dignity and respect.
- Follow residents’ individual care plans and support their wellbeing.
- Encourage residents to enjoy activities and maintain their independence.
- Assist with meals, mobility and everyday tasks.
- Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming home.
- Work as part of a supportive care team.
About You
- A kind, patient and compassionate nature.
- Good communication and a positive attitude.
- Reliable, flexible and willing to learn.
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
