Healthcare Assistant – Care Home
Location: Worthing, West Sussex
Pay: £14.00 per hour including holiday pay
Job Type: Temporary / Agency / Flexible Shifts
Intelligence Recruitment is looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants to support care homes in and around the Worthing area.
We’re looking for reliable, caring and professional staff with previous UK care experience who are comfortable supporting older people in residential and nursing care settings.
The role will include:
- Personal care and daily living support
- Assisting with mobility, meals and hydration
- Supporting residents in line with individual care plans
- Providing companionship and reassurance
- Reporting any changes in residents’ needs
- Working alongside permanent care and nursing teams
- Maintaining dignity, privacy and independence
What we’re looking for:
- Previous UK care experience
- DBS, ideally registered on the Update Service
- Mandatory care training within the last 12 months
- Good communication skills
- A reliable and professional approach
- Availability for day and/or night shifts
