Are you an experienced Care Coordinator looking to join a growing complex care provider where you can make a genuine difference while progressing your career?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established provider delivering high-quality complex care and domiciliary care services across Brighton and the surrounding areas. The organisation is entering a period of growth and is looking for a motivated professional to support service delivery, workforce planning and package mobilisation.
Whether you are currently working as a Scheduler, Care Planner, Field Care Supervisor or Senior Coordinator, this role offers the opportunity to develop within a supportive and ambitious team.
Package & Benefits
- £28,000 – £32,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

As a Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care delivery across community-based services.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating staff rotas and care schedules
- Managing planned and emergency shift cover
- Supporting the mobilisation of new care packages
- Building positive relationships with service users, families and care staff
- Liaising with healthcare professionals, commissioners and external stakeholders
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and staff inductions
- Maintaining accurate records using care management systems
- Assisting with compliance, quality assurance and safeguarding processes
- Supporting the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the service
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Care Coordinator, Scheduler, Care Planner, Rota Coordinator, Field Care Supervisor or similar role within domiciliary care, home care or complex care
- Experience managing staff rotas and coordinating care packages
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A good understanding of safeguarding, compliance and person-centred care
- Strong relationship-building skills with staff, service users, families and healthcare professionals
- A full UK driving licence is preferred
