Care Manager

The Role

This position offers the chance to take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a dementia care service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and team performance.

• Overseeing care planning, medication management, and service quality
• Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements

About You

• Experience in a Care Manager, Deputy Manager, or senior care leadership role
• NVQ Level 4/5 or willingness to work towards it
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and compliance
• A confident leader who can motivate, support, and develop teams
• Passion for delivering high-quality dementia care
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A compassionate, person-centred approach
