Care Team Leader

REF 100 – TEAM MANAGER – COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICE – NORTH HAMPSHIRE - £21555 – 30 HOURS PER WEEK

Forest Care Selection have a unique opportunity for a Team Manager for a unique provider in the North Hampshire area.

This role will work in their Community Care team and will lead a team of care and support workers.

The Team Manager in North Hampshire will:

•             Lead the team and ensure they are effectively trained, motivated and resourced to deliver the highest standards of care and support.

•             Support the service manager with all elements of running the service including recruitment and developing and maintaining support and care plans.

The Team Manager in North Hampshire will need:

•             Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification or willingness to work towards.

•             Experience of working with individuals with a Learning Disability at a supervisory level.

•             Proficient IT Skills including MS Office.

The successful candidate will enjoy a base salary of £21555 across Mon – Fri within daytime hours and the opportunity to work with an innovative care and support provider.
