As a Caretaker, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the college. You’ll help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. This is a great opportunity for someone with a practical mindset and a strong work ethic to join a friendly and supportive team.

• Carrying out general maintenance, repairs, and site upkeep.

• Ensuring buildings and grounds are clean, tidy, and safe.

• Assisting with room setups, furniture moves, and basic DIY tasks.

• Performing regular health and safety checks.

• Opening and securing the college buildings as required.

• Supporting with deliveries and general site duties.

• Previous experience in a caretaking, facilities, or maintenance role (preferred).

• A practical, can-do attitude and ability to work independently.

• Good awareness of health and safety procedures.

• Reliability, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and students.
