Carpenter/Joiner in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire

We're recruiting for an experienced Carpenter / Multi-Trade Operative to join a housing association in Nottingham on a temp-to-perm basis.

The role will involve carrying out a range of carpentry repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, alongside other general multi-trade works where required.

The Role:

• Carrying out day-to-day carpentry repairs and maintenance
• Working across social housing properties in Nottingham
• Completing associated multi-trade repairs as required
• Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Van and fuel card provided from day one

Requirements:

• Strong carpentry background
• Previous social housing experience essential
• Competent in additional trades / general maintenance
• Previous repairs and maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently across occupied properties
